Avalanche warning extended

Srinagar, Feb 22: On the basis of advisory issued by SASE, the Divisional Disaster Management Authority once again extended medium-danger avalanche warning for Keran, Machil, Chowkibal, Tangdhar, Gurez and Sonamarg areas for the next 24 hours on Wednesday.
People living in these snowbound areas have been advised not to go near steep slopes and to be careful.
