Jammu Bar Association president meets Governor

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 6 – Advocate B. S. Slathia, President, Bar Association, Jammu, met N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
During his meeting with the Governor, Slathia complained about the continuing delay in the filling up of seven vacancies of Judges in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and the need for the Recruitment Rules in respect of Prosecuting Officers being finalized without any further delay.
The Governor assured Slathia that he will address the concerned authorities in regard to the aforesaid matters.
