VC Jammu University calls on Governor

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 6 – Prof. Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today.
The Governor, who is Chancellor of the Jammu University, held wide ranging discussions with Prof. Ishar relating to the University’s functioning in an effective manner to enlarge the objectives of teaching and research. The Chancellor also discussed with Prof. Ishar several important issues relating to the main Campus and of the various off-site campuses.  
This was Prof. Ishar’s first meeting with the Governor after taking over as the Vice Chancellor of the Jammu University recently.
The Governor wished Prof. Ishar a purposeful and productive tenure as the Vice Chancellor of the Jammu University.
